With our Javanese traditional recipe, you can taste Javanese Satay without worrying about your health. We marinated the tempeh with Indonesian palm sugar andherbs before we baked it, then we serve the satay with peanut sauce, just like how Indonesian serve meat satay.

It’s Sundanese Indonesian fried fish dumplings usually served with peanut sauce. This minced fish paste is filled into wonton skin as batagor dumpling, or filled in tofu, and then deep fried. The batagor components are cut into bite-size pieces and topped with peanut sauce, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce and a dash of lime juice. Batagor have crispy and crunchy texture.

It is a savoury fishcake delicacy from Palembang, South Sumatera, Indonesia, made of fish and tapioca. Pempek is served with rich sweet and sour sauce called kuah cuka or kuah cuko (lit. vinegar sauce), or just "cuko". A serving size of pempek contains one lenjer (long cylindrical pempek, its shape is similar to sausages), one kapal selam (submarine pempek which is made from a chicken egg wrapped within the pempek dough), sauce, and yellow noodles.

Traditionally featured in the slamatan ceremony, the rice is made by using a cone-shaped woven bamboo container. It is perfect for a small party. The side dished were coconut fried chicken, coconut vegetable salad, fried noodle, stir fried tempeh, fried eggs, and many more of Indonesian side dishes (side dish can be made by order).
