Opawa Farmers' Market

Open every Sunday, 9 am - 12 pm.

This is a 'real deal' growers' market. The Opawa Farmers' Market prides itself on having the best selection of fresh local produce in Christchurch, including a large organic range from well-known and trusted local growers.
Top up your vege shop with fresh artisan bread, French style pastries, free-range eggs, locally made Italian cheeses, seasonal fruits and much more.
Soak up the relaxed and friendly atmosphere at this popular 'down to earth' market.

Lyttelton Farmers' Market

Open every Saturday, 10 am - 1 pm.

Producers of quality food and drink sell direct to the public. Stallholders with fresh fruit and vegetables, free range eggs, bread, meat, cheese and plants sell at the market every week and there are a range of other regular or occasional stalls. Some stalls are from very small producers and may not be at the market every week.
The market is run as a not-for-profit enterprise by Project Port Lyttelton and local volunteers.
Alongside our market, the Harbour Bazaar also sets up every week, with arts and craft stalls.

Having started in 2003, it is Christchurch's largest Saturday Farmers' Market and located in the beautiful and historic grounds of Riccarton House and Bush. 



Ohoka Farmers' Market

Open every Friday, 9 am - 12.30 pm.

Ohoka Farmers Market was established in 2009. The market was listed as one of the top four farmers markets in NZ 2016. The market supports up to 55 growers and food artisans every Friday all year. It is a real food market supporting local, seasonal, independent, eco-agriculture in the Waimakariri and beyond. You buy direct from the grower.
